Sometimes, physical journals just don't work out for our stage in life. 

You may find yourself moving too often, not having space for supplies, not having an extra spot in the house to sit down and craft, running out of printer ink too often... the list just goes on and on! 

If you find yourself in any situation where creating a physical journal just isn't ideal, you don't have to give up on your junk journaling dreams! 

I've created a few different types of files so that you can can still get your creative juices flowing on a tablet, iPad, or even your phone with the help of a PDF annotation app. Some favorite apps are Goodnotes 6, Zinnia Journal, Penly, Noteshelf, and a few others. You can also create in apps like Procreate, and then export your final files to an app like Paper by WeTransfer. 

SPECIFICS OF THIS JOURNAL

Unlike a typical digital journal or planner, this journal was designed to encourage more creativity and freedom. This journal file is based on a cork board vision planner setup. You can add any kind of PNG or JPG and "pin it" to your cork board. 

This particular file is designed for you to add lots of stickers and extras to each page, and since that can slow down your PDF annotation apps, it only includes enough pages for you to design one full month. However, you still have lots of extra pages, a page for each week, and a page for each day of the month. 

Since there are no tabs like in a journal, navigation takes place with the piece of paper pinned to the top of the journal. You have links to pages labeled A-L, followed by 1-31 pages, Weeks 1-5, a return to the Index page, a page for notes, then six extra pages designated by Roman numerals. The smaller torn piece of paper on the right side just under the navigation paper shows which page you are currently on. 

Only the index page of this file has the fabric, larger paper, and permanent marker. All other pages are mostly blank for the most creative freedom.
